SHAREPOINT ARCHITECT

The
SharePoint Architect will propose and implement SharePoint-based solutions to meet the needs of both internal and external
clients. This includes working with an offshore provider to design, implement, and measure efficient service delivery of level
1 & 2 end-user requests. As the senior technical resource, a significant amount of the SharePoint Architect’s time
is expected to be spent hands-on—designing solution architectures and addressing complex requests (level 3 & 4)
which include backend administration & configuration; custom development & workflows; third-party Web part integration;
auditing & security.
Strong ASP.NET (C#) skills and recent, substantive
experience with implementing, configuring and administrating SharePoint is a must. Candidate will be assisting SharePoint
contributors worldwide and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:Technical (minimum):
§ 3+ years of combined SharePoint/ASP.NET experience, including extensive
use of master pages, custom controls, and security framework
§ SharePoint web part and object model development experience
§ At least 1
year as senior SharePoint administrator
§ Significant experience using Central Administration and command
line administration
§ Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint search
§ Workflow development
and site administration using SharePoint Designer
§ SQL database administration, backup and restore and job maintenance Good understanding of configuring
site collections and web applications in WSS
Technical (preferred)
§ Experience
installing and deploying a SharePoint farm
§ Be able to read hand-written HTML, JavaScript, and CSS with ease
and hand-code when necessary
§ Experience with custom branding of WSS look-and-feelOther:§ BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
§ Ability to
approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation.
§ Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-based
environment
§ Ability to effectively multitask assignments

after normal work hours when necessary
