OBIEE, Oracle Business
Intelligence data warehousing architecture ETL Informatica PL/SQL and Oracle databases The Oracle Business Intelligence Lead who will be responsible for supporting the Oracle Business Intelligence solution
that comprises OBIEE, related BI Apps modules to ensure that is optimally leveraging these capabilities. This
entails:
§ Support of current solutions and the planning and implementation of enhancements.
§ Work with business managers across the organization to define, plan and develop further BI / reporting capabilities.
§ Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for solutions.
§ Design, manage and implement
major upgrades and expansions.
§ Ensure training and documentation are available and up-to-date.
§ Train power users in the use of these tools and development of basic queries / reports
/ dashboards.
§ Collaborate with business owners to successfully implement and maintain an enterprise
level business analytics and data warehousing solution
§
Develop front-end, metadata and ETL
specification to support business requirements for reporting across the organization
§ Manage
and ensure project delivery§ Responsible
for the application maintenance of both Production and Non-Production environments
§ Troubleshoot
Production issues, identifying root causes and planning remediation.
§ Develop reporting standards
and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency
§ Perform data cleansing
and data auditing as necessary to ensure data quality
§
Define and develop physical and logical
data models to support departmental and functional reporting needs
§ Create, maintain, and
manage documentation for all data warehouse and reporting development efforts Help to create and implement a long term storage
and business continuity strategy including backup & recovery and
data storage and archiving
Able to read, comprehend maintain
concentration & analyze complex data.
Strong oral and written communications skills
Experience Required:
§ 2-3 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence.
§ 5 or more years’
experience in enterprise-level business intelligence and data warehousing including the architecture, design and deployment
of scalable and highly available solutions.
§ Experience performing extract, transform and load (ETL) development
(Informatica is preferred) from various business data repositories (Oracle, SQL Server etc )
§ Advanced
knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases (11g preferred) Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering and 5 to 7 years equivalent work experience.
§ Must be very strong in relational database design and development.§ Knowledge of Oracle ERP Applications and underlying database tables. Experience in physical and logical data
modeling.

2. Oracle Project Functional Analyst

The Oracle Projects Functional Analyst who will be responsible for
supporting Oracle EBS Projects Module solutions to ensure that they are optimally leveraging system capabilities.
This entails:
§ Analyze existing operational processes and identify
gaps with the processes/systems.
§ Facilitate business change management efforts.
§ Work with cross-functional teams to resolve business
process issues and identify business process improvement opportunities.
§ Design, manage and implement upgrades and enhancements.
§ Work with business managers across the organization
to coordinate deployments.
§ Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for solutions.§ Ensure that training and documentation materials
are effective and up-to-date.
Experience Required:
§ 2-5 years Oracle EBS (R12 strongly preferred) application
functional experience with proven experience in Oracle Projects.
§ Experience with other EBS modules a plus: Oracle Transportation management
(OTM), Oracle Business Intelligence and Analytics, Financials, Oracle CRM/Sales, Oracle Inventory/OPM/Quality,
Oracle HR/Time and
Labor.
§ 2+ years of application support experience
§ Experience working on high impact cross-functional
teams.§ Experience working with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
§ Experience with statistical reporting and analysis. Qualifications Required:
§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
and 5 to 7 years equivalent work experience.§ Desire to learn and support other areas within their Oracle portfolio
